Complete downstream automation solutions that take bottles off the blowing or filling machine and deliver them palletised, packed and ready for dispatch. We supply turnkey end-of-line systems as well as individual machines.

End-of-Line Packaging

Bottle Bagging Machines

Automatic insertion of bottles into pre-formed bags; suitable for still water, carbonated and hot-fill applications. High-speed continuous or intermittent motion configurations available.

Box Packaging Solutions

Integrated case-pack systems including case erectors, bag inserting machines and case sealers. Handles RSC and tray-sleeve formats; configurable for single-lane or multi-lane infeed.

Case Erectors

Automatic forming and bottom-sealing of corrugated cases from flat blanks. Servo-driven for precise squareness; compatible with hot-melt and pressure-sensitive tape.

Bag Inserting & Tying Machines

Automated bag placement into cases or trays, with integrated bag-neck tying or heat-seal closure. Reduces manual labour at the pack-off station.

Case Sealing Machines

Top-fold and tape-seal or hot-melt glue closing for filled cases. In-line configuration integrates directly with case erectors and palletisers.

Strapping Machines

Automatic polypropylene or PET strap application for bundled packs, cases and pallet loads. Table-top, in-line and side-seal configurations.

Palletisers

Layer-by-layer robotic or gantry palletisers for case, tray and bundle loads. Integrates with conveyor infeed and stretch-wrapper outfeed. Supports mixed-layer patterns.

Shrink Wrappers

L-bar and sleeve-seal shrink wrapping for retail multi-packs and transit bundles. Compatible with PE and POF films; tunnel temperatures adjustable for different pack formats.

Conveyor Systems

Modular flat-belt, roller, air and table-top chain conveyors. Designed for complex plant layouts — multi-level transfers, accumulation loops, line-merge and line-split configurations.

We design end-of-line systems for blowing lines, ASB single-stage machines and preform packing on injection moulding machines (including Husky platforms). Full turnkey integration available.
