Veronica Liao brings over 13 years of international trade experience to DY PlastTech — a career built on moving product across borders, managing logistics, and navigating the commercial and regulatory complexity that defines global sourcing. That foundation gives DY PlastTech its commercial edge: we handle the documentation, Incoterms, payment structures and freight realities that trip up buyers going direct.
The pivot into packaging machinery came from a direct observation: Chinese manufacturers make excellent equipment, but they are rarely set up to serve international buyers well. Language barriers, slow responsiveness and a lack of post-sale accountability leave buyers frustrated and exposed. Veronica Liao founded DY PlastTech in 2026 to be the bridge that was missing — a company fluent in Chinese manufacturing and international commerce, headquartered in Guangdong where the supply chain lives.

DY PlastTech works with an established group of Guangdong-based manufacturers — each selected through direct factory visits and evaluated against quality, capacity and commercial reliability criteria. We do not publish our supply chain partners. This is intentional: our value lies in the relationships, the configuration expertise and the commercial management we provide — not just in a list of factory names.
Every manufacturer in our supply chain has been visited in person. We have inspected production facilities, reviewed quality systems and run trial productions before any commercial relationship was established. Our customers benefit from this groundwork without having to do it themselves.
